Shipping Policy
Products will be shipped as soon as possible using UPS ground unless you request otherwise by telephone. Shipping fees are based on $5.45 plus $1.75/pound.
Return Policy
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Any item can be returned within two weeks of receipt of shipment for a full refund on the cost of goods (excluding shipping charges), if returned intact. Essential oils cannot have been opened, and the seals must be intact. Returns authorized beyond the two week period will be assessed a 20% restocking fee.

Order cancellations
Because our orders are generally fulfilled within 24 hours, order cancellations must be phoned in as soon as possible. If the order has already been fulfilled, a 20% handling fee will be charged.
